Privacy notice
We collect the following data: name, email, phone number and shipping address; tax details if you request an invoice; the files you upload; and browsing data (cookies and analytics). We do not collect sensitive data. Your card details are processed by Shopify, PayPal or Mercado Pago; we never see them.
We use this data to produce and ship orders, follow up on them by WhatsApp, email you order and shipping confirmations, issue CFDI invoices and meet our tax obligations. We only share it with the following providers when needed: Shopify, Google, Vercel, SendGrid, Cloudinary, Skydropx, carriers, Uber, CFDI Express, Microsoft Clarity and Meta. We also collect browsing data to measure and improve how the site is used; if you don't want us to, block third-party cookies in your browser. We do not sell data to third parties.
Files from unpaid orders are deleted automatically after 90 days. Files from paid orders are kept so we can reprint. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by writing to info@buenpegue.com. We keep tax data for as long as the law requires.

Terms of service
By placing an order on buenpegue.com you accept the following terms.
We print the design approved in the buenpegue.com customizer. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and the cut may vary up to 1 mm from one piece to another. By uploading a file you state that you have the right to use it; we may reject designs that are illegal or infringe third-party rights.
Prices are in Mexican pesos, VAT included. HOLA10 gives 10% off your first order, up to $500.
Delivery takes 2 to 30 business days from payment.
You can generate your CFDI invoice after paying, within the same month as your purchase.
Cancellations, defects and refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Shipping policy
Shipping is free anywhere in Mexico. Delivery takes 2 to 30 business days from payment. We send you the tracking number by WhatsApp or email.
If the tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the carrier reports the package as lost, we reprint and resend it at no cost. If the package is returned because the address you gave us is wrong or incomplete, resending it has a cost.

Refund policy
You can cancel your order and get a full refund within the first hour after paying by writing to us on WhatsApp (preferred) or at info@buenpegue.com. Because the product is custom-made, there are no exchanges or returns after that.
If your order arrives with a printing, cutting or material defect, or incomplete, let us know on WhatsApp or at info@buenpegue.com with photos within 3 days of delivery, and we will reprint it at no cost. If we reject your design, we refund your payment in full.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
